Terms and Conditions for Top Merrill Views Campsite

1. General Booking Conditions

   • All bookings are subject to availability and must be guaranteed by payment.
   • Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.
   • The campsite reserves the right to refuse entry or evict any guest who violates these conditions.

2. Pitches and Facilities

   • Hard Standing Touring Pitches (6 available): Equipped with electric and water services.
   • Grass Unserviced Pitches (4 available): May be closed during winter months (TBC). Please confirm availability at the time of booking.
   • Grass Camping Pitches (10 available): Unserviced, suitable for tents.

3. Use of Pitches

   • Pitches are to be used solely for the purpose of camping or touring accommodation.
   • Vehicles must be parked within the designated pitches.
   • Any damage caused to the pitch or facilities must be reported immediately and may incur charges for repairs.

4. Electrical and Water Services

   • The electrical and water supplies are provided for the comfort of guests. Guests must not misuse or tamper with these services.
   • In case of any faults or issues, guests should notify reception immediately.

5. Care and Conduct

   • Guests are expected to keep their pitches tidy and respect the quiet and privacy of other campers.
   • Fires, BBQs, and open flames are only permitted in designated areas and must be supervised at all times.
   • The campsite operates a strict no-recreation drugs policy. Possession or use of illegal substances will result in immediate eviction and police involvement.

6. Winter Weather and Pitch Availability

   • The availability of the grass unserviced pitches during winter is TBC. The campsite staff will notify guests of closure or restricted access during this period.

7. Liability

   • The campsite is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or vehicles.
   • Guests are responsible for their own safety and property.

8. Health and Safety

   • Guests must adhere to all health and safety notices and instructions provided by the campsite.

9. Terms of Entry

   • Entry to the campsite indicates acceptance of these conditions.
   • The campsite reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time.
